Community Space and Wellbeing

Our proposals will deliver a new community hub, designed to offer a range of services and facilities for new and existing residents at Bournes Green. The hub will include:

  • Two form entry primary school;

  • Nursery;

  • Community space;

  • Shops and a café;

Shops & Café

The hub is located in the south west part of the development, adjacent to the park to ensure there is a strong connection between these facilities.

Proposals for a new health centre are being developed in discussion with the NHS with the potential to provide healthcare for up to 15,000 people. A site has been included within the community hub to accommodate this.
